    Lowell Fleet's team is great they were open to me even though i contacted them in the middle of the night.  It was great.

    The organization I work for was trying to use Lowell Fleet to tow a large trailer from one location to another. We asked that they come look at the trailer beforehand (we were in Lowell so it wouldn't have been too difficult), which they didn't do. They didn't show up the day they were supposed to (without a call) and were 2.5 hours late the following day to pick up the cooler. They couldn't end up moving it for us the second day because they brought the wrong size truck (because they didn't come look at it beforehand). This incident is after a saga of subpar work on our box trucks for too much money from them.

    The organization wanted to use them because they're local but they also are not reliable or professional, they're expensive and do a sub par job and have caused us nothing but frustration and headaches

    (I don't know why the review says I'm in SF, I'm not)

    Well think I should preface by saying that these folks towed my car, so they naturally loose a star for that.
    I was parked in what I had been told was visitor parking for about 45 minutes to walk a dog for a tenant, but apparently not.
    I called the towing company and had to wait for the driver to call me back. The driver called me back and told me it would cost $125 to get my car, andI should call back with an eta since the office was closed and a driver would have to meet me.
    When I called the number the driver had instructed with eta, the person who picked up the phone had no idea what we were talking about and couldn't give us an address, so we had to call the driver back.
    Arrived about 1.25 hours later via Uber to pick up my car and was told it was $144. I expressed my concern that on the phone, the driver told me it would be $125. He then told me I was given the wrong information.
    It was frustrating that no one seems to know what's going on at this company. I would not trust to hire them for repair or intentional towing.
